Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation notice is
issued due to non-payment of premium of this policy, a $25.00 fee will
be charged. The cancellation fee will be incurred as of the date
we print the cancellation notice. When you receive a
payment from the insured you should notify us ASAP. If the
cancellation notice has already been printed and mailed the fee will
still be incurred. The only exception to this rule is when an
error has been made by Fulmont. Please note the policy will not
be reinstated unless the cancellation fee has paid. If a check needs to be reissued at the request of the policyholder - a $30.00 fee will be charged. When we request the bank to stop payment the depository bank charges us for that service. That service fee will also be charged to the insured in addition to the reissue fee. Currently the bank charge is $25.00 for the stop payment service - however the fee is subject to change at the banks discretion. Mortgagee Change/Amendment Endorsement Fee: When more than one Mortgagee Change/Amendment Endorsement is issued in a policy period a fee of $5.00 will be assessed for each/every Mortgagee Change/Amendment Endorsement after the 1st. If a High Tech agent prepares and mails the subject endorsement for mortgagee change then the fee is waived. PAYMENT PLAN Service Charge: A service charge of $6.00 will be applied to each Direct Bill payment or Credit Card payment, excluding the down payment. Returned Check or Returned Electronic Payment: When a check or electronic
transfer payment is returned for insufficient funds or other bank
reasons, a chargeback bank fee will be charged. The amount of
the fee is in accordance with the Schedule of Rates, Fees and
Charges utilized by our depository bank. We only reimburse ourselves
