CLAIMS INFORMATION:

The claims process is one of the most important areas of our business. WE recognize our responsibilities and it is our desire to pay all claims promptly and fairly.

Please notify us IMMEDIATELY of all claims by Acord form or by telephone. If you notify us by telephone, an Acord form must be submitted within three working days. To delay notification would place the Company in violation of Regulation #64, of the New York State Unfair Claims Practice Act. DO NOT WAIT FOR A POLICYHOLDER TO OBTAIN ESTIMATES OR OTHER INFORMATION. This information may be submitted at a later date.

If a claim requires immediate attention, please notify the company at once, either by telephone or by facsimile copy. Under no circumstances may an agent assign an adjuster without prior approval from the company.
