CREDIT CARD METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Policyholders  may  pay their premium by Credit Card on our website or complete the  credit card authorization and return to Fulmont to complete  the transaction.   Please note as agent of the insured you may obtain the  necessary credit card information and pay the premium on our main website or  on our agency intranet. When the entire premium is paid by credit card there is no fee.  However all payments in excess of the down payment will be charged a $6.00 payment plan fee.  Please note our payment plan  allows up to   three payments beyond the down payment

The credit card method is strictly voluntary. Please note: policyholder can still continue to pay  premium by check.

If your policyholder is interested in the credit card method of payment that will eliminate the cost of writing and mailing a check, please  have them complete the  credit card authorization form, sign it and fax, mail or e-mail it to us.
