2008-03-12 CVE MORTGAGEE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

As previously discussed in December, 2007, we have contracted with ISO's CVE mortgagee notification system.  For the past two months, you continued to receive mortgagee copies, but this practice will be discontinued as of 3/12/08, as we feel that the new program is working smoothly.

From this day forward, we will no longer be mailing a separate copy of new or renewal policies, cancellation notices or endorsements.  We upload the information to the CVE program every day at 12:30 pm.  All mortgagee notifications are mailed by ISO's CVE program to the mortgagee.  We have been receiving some 'returned' mail, and will be asking for your help in determining the correct mailing address for the mortgagee.

We feel this program will be a cost savings to Fulmont and to you, especially if you are responsible for mailing the mortgagee copies.
