We are changing our billing plan to offer 4-, 6- and 8-payment options.
As a result of this change, your bill may look confusing! If you paid your down payment, you will receive a second bill, where you can select a payment plan option – 3 additional payments, 5 additional payments or 7 additional payments.
If you did not pay your down payment, you may select the payment option that best suits your needs and return it to us by the due date. Payment options are explained on the FMIC DIRECT BILL PAYMENT PLAN page enclosed.
In order to offer this improved billing plan, we are asking that your payment be received in our office by the due date to avoid the issuance of a non payment cancellation notice and additional fees. Cancellation notices will be issued immediately following the due date if payment is not received.
You may pay your premium by using our automatic withdrawal plan from your checking account by completing a request form or you may pay your premium by credit card by using the link on our website at www.fulmontmutual.com .
