New cancellation Procedure

This is a reminder that we have changed our billing program to include 4, 6, and 8 payments.  By changing our plan, we must allow time for the current payment to be received or to issue a cancellation for non payment.  Our 'window' for receiving the payment has 'shut', and we will be processing non payment cancellations within a day or two of the due date. 

Our reminder list on your web page has been revised. 

* The list will be updated on a daily basis.
* The list will include all billed premiums during the past thirty days.
* The list will show all payments THAT WILL BE DUE IN A WEEK FROM THE CURRENT DATE.
*  They will remain on the list until they have paid or have been taken off the system.

Please remind your customers that the payment plan has changed, and that they could receive a cancellation for non payment if the payment is not mailed in advance of their due date.
