EXPLANATION OF BILLED AND CANCELLATIONS DAILY LISTING TO AGENTS

We have received some feedback on the daily listing of Billed and Cancellations that you are receiving.  Here is an explanation of the listing for your use.

The listing you received entitled "Agent copy of Billed and Cancellation List premium reminder report" is a listing of your daily activity with Fulmont Mutual. The List is printed after new business has been generated by our system.

The "BILLED PREMIUM LISTING" lists all policies that generated a bill that day for a new, renewal, endorsement, anniversary or payment plan bill.  These names will remain on this list for up to a month.

The "REMINDER LISTING AND REMINDER LIST LEFT FROM LAST TIME" are policies that are coming due, but have not yet been paid or issued a cancellation notice yet.  The due date is the "REM DATE".  These are the policies that will be cancelled within the next ten days if payment is not received. 

The "CANCELLATION" list is a listing of all policies that have been issued a non payment notice.  They remain on this list until they pay their premium or it is taken off our system.  For example, JOE SHMOH was cancelled as of 1/21/2011.  If you receive a premium today, you could contact our office to see if we will accept the premium for reinstatement of the policy.

You could use this listing every day, or once a week, it is entirely up to you and your office procedures.
