We are pleased to announce our newest program that will save our policyholders time – effective 12/01/12 we will have E-Documents available for download from our website. This will include policy copies, billings, endorsements and forms. They will be able to manage their own insurance policy from the comfort of their home or office.

The only thing needed to be done to start the process is to read, complete and sign the electronic documents agreement. Once this agreement is received, we will advise the policyholder by email how to obtain their individual policyholder page, which will be located on our website at www.fulmontmutual.com . After they complete the login information and receive their password, they will be able to view their documents and bills.

We are very excited about this new program, and hope you will encourage your policyholders to sign up for E-documents. We will send you the blank copy of the E-document so you can have them on hand in your office.

On a separate, but related note, we will begin emailing you the agent copy of policies and endorsements. If you currently receive emails with your weekly billings, you will receive the agent copy of policies and endorsements. You will still receive the policyholder copy of the policy for mail or delivery. The mortgagee copy of the policy is sent electronically.
