CONSUMER CREDIT CARD PROGRAM:

 

The Credit card is an American Partners Bank (APB)  - Platinum Master Card - with superior privileges to meet your consumer needs.  The services, security, and savings of the master card program can be reviewed in the attached “apply today” pamphlet.  Some  other points about this program are:

 

ü      Your role will be limited to providing information on APB Bank products and its services.

 

ü      The “apply today” pamphlet will be provided as a marketing product free of charge.  The pamphlet will have your unique agency code imprinted on each pamphlet.  This code designates you as the finder and triggers the compensation to be paid to your agency.

 

ü      You will receive compensation of $25. for each application from which a credit card is activated. The compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.  In order to qualify for the compensation the application received must have your unique agency code on it.

 

ü      The credit card and other programs may be offered to your policyholders as well as your friends, relatives, and other contacts.  The programs are not restricted to Fulmont policyholders.  

 

 

Here is what you have to do to get started:

 

1. After reading the Insurance Agency guidelines and acknowledgement, sign one copy and return to the home office of Fulmont Mutual.
2. Complete, execute and mail to the home office of Fulmont Mutual the W-9 Identification number form.
3. Tell us how many “apply today” pamphlets you want to order.  Normally you would order a rounded amount equal to the number of your policyholders, friends and relatives that you will be marketing the program to.
