GUIDELINES FOR THE ADDITIONAL HIGH TECH AGREEMENT:

Return to Introduction Letter &  Bulleted List

Minimum Premium Base:

Normally the minimum written premium base to qualify for the Additional High Tech agreement is Thirty Five Thousand One dollars ($35,00l).  If the written premium goes below the $35,001. base and the Agent can display a plan to bring the written premium back up to $35,001, within a reasonable time, then this agreement will continue.

If the Agent premium volume is under the minimum premium base and the Agent has a history of sending new business and increasing their written premium on a regular basis, Fulmont may consider the Agent eligible for this program.

ACH Commission:

Agent Commission dollars will normally be placed in the Agent’s bank account prior to the 10th of the month following the prior month end.

E-mail will be sent to the Agent advising what day the money has been placed in their account.

The commission report can be viewed on the 24/7/365 agent web  site.  Each month end the commission report will be placed in the appropriate section of the  “personal agent web page” section for viewing. At the beginning of each year Fulmont will remove the previous years commission reports. Therefore, if the Agent wants to keep these reports they should be copied to a word processing program, printed in hard copy, or print to a view program.

All cash or checks payable to your agency on behalf of Fulmont will be sent to us via ACH in accordance with the specific guidelines from Fulmont.  When a check or cash is received with a new policy under the rating program – it is the agent’s responsibility to record the amount received on the signature page.
