HIGHLIGHTS OF FULMONT’S “HIGH TECH ADDITIONALCOMMISSION PROGRAM”

In order to qualify for the additional commission of 2 1/2% on all lines being offered in our “High Tech Additional Commission Program“ the agent must normally have a written premium base of at least $35,001. and comply with the following: 

ü      Receive commission by ACH.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent to notify agent of the date of deposit. 

ü      Prepare the FULMONT loss notice and attach it to e-mail to our Claims Department.  We will provide you with the electronic form to be completed on your Word processing program.  An e-mail receipt will be sent to notify you of the receipt of the loss notice.  

ü      Use the inquiry at the policy data menu on our  (24/7/365) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year website to check up to date accounts receivable on a particular account.  This will give you fast and easy access to your policyholder information. 

ü      All reports normally mailed by us will now be accessed through our 24/7/365 agent website. These include but are not limited to: 

                                    Monthly/quarterly activity report

                                    Monthly commission report

                                    Renewal List

                                    Contingent Commission report

                                    Net Retention Bonus Report

                                    Weekly premium reminder 

ü      Your renewal list will be returned to us electronically by e-mail.  We suggest the best procedure for this is to go to the current renewal list, choose select all and then Copy from edit menu.  Go to your Word processing program and at the edit menu select paste.  Then complete the remarks for each renewal and attach to e-mail addressed to your underwriter. 

ü      Use all available Fulmont rating programs sending us the electronic applications by e-mail.  The signature page can be scanned and mailed to us electronically, or we may make other arrangements with your agency on this particular matter. 

ü      You will e-mail us photos and other underwriting and/or material that you have scanned or have in electronic file format. Requests for quotes should also be e-mailed.  

ü      No money endorsements such as change of mortgagee, address, etc. will be prepared by your agency and e-mailed to us.  You will be able to give the insured or mortgagee a copy of the endorsement that you prepare.  This will enable you to close your file and save you the time and expense of possible follow up in the future.   This form will be provided to you for easy fill in on your Word processing program. 

ü     Whenever possible use the secure and private Conference rooms available on 24/7/365 web to communicate with our Fulmont employees. 

ü     Use ACH for Fulmont  insured payments that are paid to you in cash or that you have deposited  in your Agency bank accounts.  You will be provided with guidelines on this.
