ACH - EFT PROCEDURE:

Effective immediately all EFT ( e-check or ach) authorizations taken over the telephone will be completed through our NBT bank account instead of the current procedure of entering on the internet through net authorization. For EFT requests the attached form should be completed just as it has been in the past. When complete give the form to Terry and in her absence Marc so they can make the EFT entry on NBT. The EFT will be done in a timely manner by either Terry or Marc and if we have the e-mail address of the insured - a receipt will be e-mailed to the insured.

This new procedure will save us a few thousand dollars throughout the year.
