NEEDED WHEN SIGNING UP A NEW AGENT:
When
you sign up a new agent we need the following information to complete our
files:
List all employees, title, job duties, E-mail address, telephone extension
W-9 - completed and executed by agent,
List of companies they are using now
Telephone number, fax number,
Web-site (URL address),
Are they on the internet now at work?
Information for ACH -bank acct. numbers,
Do they have a main frame or outsource?
List and description of computer hardware
List of Software programs they are using
Will they use our Agent Web program--
If so do they have a favorite password?
Are they on line with other ins. companies?
If yes, who, what , how
Be sure to promote an agency page through our website. If they are agreeable get the information and photos right then for their page.
If allowed - take pictures of staff and principal - at the very least get picture of building and sign.
I
